HPV for cervical screening: Simultaneously detects 20 clinically relevant HPV subtypes, directly from clinical specimens.

SNP for Warfarin genotype testing: Starting with raw buccal swab, automatically detects genotypes related to 2C9*2, 2C9*3, and VKORC1 to help predict sensitivity to warfarin.

STI Automatically processes a sample and simultaneously detects N. gonorrhoeae, C. trachomatis, T. pallidum, and T. vaginalis in a multiplex PCR format.

Sepsis for stat detection of sepsis: Simultaneously lyses diverse microbes responsible for sepsis providing streamlined diagnosis.

Cryptosporidium for drinking water screening: Automatically processes raw samples; detects as few as one oocyst of C. parvum and can determine its viability status. Candidate in EPA’s Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) program with validation to be completed by Battelle Memorial Institute.
